The problem

Why headquarters-based databases miss Bentonville supplier teams.

ZoomInfo and Apollo key off a company's headquarters— so a CPG brand run out of Chicago shows up in Chicago, not in its Bentonville Walmart office. The entire reason “Vendorville” exists — 1,000+ supplier teams clustered around Walmart HQ — is invisible to the standard databases.

This directory maps that cluster with a strict rule: a company earns a row only when two independent sources confirm a physical Northwest Arkansas office serving the Walmart / Sam's Club business.

What's inside

The map, and the people on it.

Buyers use this two ways: prospect the 441 supplier-brand offices, or map all 759 companies in the ecosystem — brands plus the brokers, agencies, and SaaS firms that serve them.

Why “verified” matters

Proof you can audit.

Auditable

Every row carries an evidence summary — source classes, origin count, verification date. The free sample includes full source URLs, and any buyer can request the complete evidence trail for up to 10 rows.

Catches the satellite offices

The ones HQ-based databases miss — the entire point of the product.

No bounce tax

Every contact email was independently SMTP-validated. The pass caught 31 dead mailboxes before delivery — 25 of which the big-database vendor had marked “verified.”

Current — July 2026

Verified July 1–3, 2026. The same pass caught a supplier-tech merger the week it surfaced and collapsed the duplicate rows. Live churn (Mars Agency → Mars United, SupplyPike → SPS, Transplace → Uber Freight) is exactly why editions refresh quarterly.

Who built this

Built in Northwest Arkansas by Johnathon Williams / OddJar.

I built this because the standard databases kept telling me Bentonville was empty. ZoomInfo files a brand's Walmart office under its Chicago headquarters; the local team never shows up. So I mapped the cluster myself — 759 offices, two independent sources each, re-verified quarterly.

Every claim on this site is checkable against the free sample. If a row doesn't hold up, tell me and I'll fix the edition.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can I actually verify this data before buying?

Yes. The free 25-row sample includes the full source URLs for every row — open them and check us. Every row in the purchased file carries an evidence summary (source classes, origin count, verification date), and any buyer can request the complete evidence trail for up to 10 rows.

Why doesn't the standard file include the source URLs?

Honest answer: the complete source map is the recipe for rebuilding this directory, and maintaining that recipe quarterly is the product. The standard file shows what kinds of evidence back each row and when it was verified; the sample shows full URLs; the 10-row audit guarantee covers spot-checks. You get provable rigor — we keep the recipe.

How is this different from ZoomInfo or Apollo?

Those tools resolve companies to their headquarters — a brand's Bentonville Walmart office doesn't show up as a Bentonville company, so the entire supplier cluster is invisible to HQ-keyed databases. This directory exists specifically to surface those satellite offices, and every row is confirmed by two independent sources. (Our independent SMTP validation also caught 31 dead mailboxes the big-database vendor had shipped — 25 of them flagged “verified.”)

How fresh is it?

Verified July 2026 — the directory on July 1 (the same pass caught a supplier-tech merger the week it surfaced and collapsed the duplicate rows), premium contacts validated through July 3. NWA churns constantly, which is exactly why the Annual License includes quarterly re-verified editions.

Will the emails bounce?

Every premium contact email was independently SMTP-validated in July 2026; invalid addresses were removed before delivery, and each remaining address ships with its validation status (valid / risky / unknown) so your team can pace sends sensibly. Directory general emails are role inboxes verified on each company's own site — not pattern-guessed.

What exactly do I get?

Instant delivery after checkout: CSV + XLSX + a Methodology PDF (the bundle adds the contacts file + License PDF). Every row carries the edition stamp (e.g. 2026Q2-R1) of the release you purchased.

What does the license allow?

Single-business use — your team's own sales, recruiting, or research. No resale, redistribution, or building a competing directory. Contacts purchases include a short license and a working opt-out address; delivered files are edition-stamped so support references your exact release.

Where does the contact data come from?

Compiled from licensed professional-data sources and public professional profiles, then independently re-verified and SMTP-validated by us. If you email these contacts, you are the sender and responsible for CAN-SPAM compliance (accurate headers, physical address, working opt-out). We honor opt-out requests and strip removed contacts from future editions.

What's your refund policy?

The free 25-row sample is the trial; delivered data files are non-refundable.

Are you affiliated with Walmart?

No. This is an independent data product about the supplier ecosystem, not a Walmart Inc. product, and it contains no Walmart confidential information — every fact is drawn from public or licensed sources.
