Is there a Walmart approved supplier list?
No. Walmart doesn't publish a list of its approved suppliers. It says its supplier pool is over 100,000 businesses worldwide, and whether a given company is an approved supplier is between that company and Walmart. What you can find instead depends on what you're actually looking for.

Searching for a Walmart approved vendorlist instead? Same answer. “Vendor” and “supplier” are used interchangeably for companies that sell products to Walmart, and neither list is published.
If you want to become an approved Walmart supplier
Walmart runs its own qualification process; no third-party list gets you onto it. Per Walmart's supplier application page:
- Stores, clubs, or Walmart.com: US businesses start by creating a Retail Link account, which begins the qualification process. Walmart notes that self-registering doesn't guarantee an agreement.
- Walmart Marketplace: third-party sellers apply separately through Walmart Marketplace.
- Services and non-resale goods: a separate path for companies selling services or supplies to Walmart itself rather than products for its shelves.
- Open Call: Walmart's annual event where selected US-made products are pitched to Walmart and Sam's Club merchants in one-on-one meetings (details).
Existing suppliers manage the relationship through Walmart's Supplier One portal, and Walmart's Supplier Academy offers training for suppliers at every stage.
If you're looking for companies that already supply Walmart
There's no complete public list, but there are partial, public signals:
- State totals from Walmart. Walmart's location pages report supplier counts and spend by state — for example, 692 Arkansas suppliers in fiscal 2025. Totals only, no names.
- Company disclosures. Public companies often name Walmart as a major customer in annual reports, sometimes with a share of revenue.
- Import records. For imported goods, shipping manifests show who ships to Walmart — useful for sourcing research, not for finding the people who manage the account.
- Local offices. Many suppliers with a large Walmart business keep a team near Walmart's home office in Bentonville. That cluster is countable: 759 companies as of July 2026, 441 of them supplier brands. See the breakdown.
What Vendorville is (and isn't)
Vendorville Directory is not a Walmart list and doesn't say who Walmart has approved. It's an independent, two-source-verified directory of the 759 Northwest Arkansas offices in the Walmart supplier ecosystem — the 441 supplier brands with a local team and the 318 firms that serve them — built for companies that sell to those suppliers. If that's what you need, the free sample shows 25 real rows.
