Edition log & corrections
The current edition is 2026Q2-R1, verified July 1–3, 2026. Northwest Arkansas's supplier roster churns constantly — offices open, merge, and leave — so the directory ships as dated editions, and every delivered row carries the edition stamp it came from.

2026Q2-R1 — July 2026 (current)
- 759 companies: 545 “Verified” (two sources plus a confirmed NWA street address) and 214 “office confirmed, address unconfirmed.” Zero single-source rows.
- 441 supplier-brand offices and 318 firms serving them.
- 1,077 named contacts across 517 companies. Independent SMTP validation removed 31 dead mailboxes before delivery.
- Adversarial verification: 76 of 78 candidate findings survived a second, independent evidence check; the two that failed were dropped.
- Churn caught in this pass: a supplier-tech merger collapsed into one row the week it surfaced, plus renames such as Mars Agency → Mars United, SupplyPike → SPS, and Transplace → Uber Freight.
How the first edition was built
The list grew through several pre-release build passes in June 2026 (182 → 342 → 422 → 666 → 740 companies) before the July verification pass produced the 759-company first edition. Most of the work was rejection: in the final build pass, roughly 600 additional leads were checked one by one, and most turned out to be remote-only reps or not Walmart-facing at all. They aren't in the file.
What's next
Editions refresh quarterly: dead rows retired, mergers collapsed, emails re-validated. Annual License holders receive each new edition as it ships, and free-sample subscribers hear when it does.
