Terms of Sale & Data License

By accepting these terms at checkout, or by purchasing or using the delivered files (“the Data”), you (“Licensee”) agree to the following.

1. License granted

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Data for the internal business purposes of your single organization — sales prospecting, recruiting, market research, and analysis.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, or otherwise redistribute the Data or any substantial part of it;
• share the file outside your organization or with another company;
• present the Data as your own product or build a competing directory from it.

Internal copies for your own team are fine.

3. Contact data (bundle purchases) — your responsibilities

Contact records are compiled from licensed professional-data sources and public professional profiles, then independently re-verified. You are the sender of any communication you make and are solely responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and any other applicable law. Honor opt-outs you receive. The Licensor maintains its own suppression list; individuals may opt out via the address above and will be removed from future editions.

4. Delivery & editions

Files are delivered by email immediately after checkout via a secure download link valid for 7 days (reply to your receipt if you need it re-issued). Every row carries an edition stamp (e.g. 2026Q2-R1) identifying the data release — not the Licensee — used for versioning, support, and the audit guarantee below. The Annual License is a yearly subscription billed through Stripe: it includes the current bundle plus four quarterly refreshed editions delivered as they ship, and can be canceled any time before renewal.

5. Accuracy, evidence & audit

The Data is provided “as is.” It was verified as of the edition date using the two-source method described in the accompanying Methodology document. Standard editions include a per-row evidence_summary (source classes, origin count, verification date) in place of the full source-citation columns; the complete evidence trail behind every row is retained by the Licensor. Audit guarantee: Licensee may request the complete evidence trail for up to ten (10) rows per purchased edition; if a row cannot be substantiated, the Licensor will correct it and issue a corrected edition. Business information changes constantly; the Licensor does not warrant completeness or that every record remains current.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Data. The Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Refunds

Delivered digital data is non-refundable; the free 25-row sample is the trial.

8. Privacy

We collect the email address you provide (for sample or purchase delivery and edition announcements), payment details processed entirely by Stripe (we never see your card number), and standard analytics data via Google Analytics. We don't sell visitor data. Unsubscribe or opt out any time via optout@vendorville.co.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
